Beth has a bachelors degree in Business Information Systems from California State University, Long Beach. She has spent the majority of her career in public safety and higher education. Beth is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with additional training in hormone health. Beth is co-owner and CEO of Berry Farm Solutions, a company focused on providing technical resources and solutions that cultivate good.
Karen has a bachelors degree in Global Studies from the University of Washington, Bothell, and a masters degree in Acupuncture from the Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine. She is certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and licensed in Washington state. She incorporates electroacupunture, cupping, gua sha, and Chinese medical massage into her treatments.
